A Full-Circle Mission from Long Beach to the Future of Work.
My story began in the vibrant, mid-century energy of Long Beach, California. Like the city itself, my career has been built on layers of experience, resilience, and a deep belief in the value of human connections.
After decades of navigating the professional world, I found myself facing the same "Recruitment Black Hole" that millions of talented individuals over 50 encounter every day. I saw firsthand how cold algorithms and biased AI were "tracing over" the incredible potential of the longevity economy—ignoring years of wisdom in favor of automated keywords.
Trace Solutions was born from a moment of personal realization that underneath the modern, digital noise of HR tech, the human element is still the most valuable asset we have.
I am returning to my roots in Long Beach to build a sanctuary for the modern worker. Trace Solutions isn't just a platform; it’s a commitment to restoring dignity, agency, and "Job Reality" to the hiring process. We are moving away from the screen-to-screen isolation and back to a "Coffee House" vibe where people are vetted by people, for people. What a concept!

Trace Solutions was born from the 'Pentimento' of my own life. After 10 years of building and losing everything in Belize, I realized that the 50+ community is the most resilient, untapped resource in the world. I am building my bridge to bring me back to the table. We are responsible for our own lives, but that does not mean we forget about helping others by what we have learned. I hope most people understand the WHY behind this site I built originally just for one person. I hope you get a sense of my humor, my love of dogs, nature and working relationships and my ability to power through tough times.
